Sarah Hancock brings many unique talents to the Statesboro Youth Chorale. Mrs. Hancock made her operatic debut in the role of Flora with the Bronx Opera. Since then she has gone on to perform with the Toledo Opera, the Lansing Lyric Opera, The Ohio Light Opera and in many Oratorio and orchestral settings. She is the founder to the Statesboro Academy of Singing, a private voice studio and a member of the voice faculty of Georgia Southern University. No stranger to working in a choral setting, Mrs. Hancock co-directs the upper school choir at Trinity Christian School. Sarah Hancock holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and a MM from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
