Auditions

Dr. Braz and Mrs. Hancock Hold the Auditions.

Audition with Dr. Braz

You call us at 764-7464 to schedule an audition. The audition takes about ten minutes, and involves the matching of musical sounds and rhythms, as well as simple voice exercises.

No previous musical training is needed to join SYC. The audition simply tells us if you are vocally ready for the type of singing and training we do.

Auditions are held annually. They are usually scheduled to be held in late summer, right before school starts.
